BOILL Ltd. is family company having traditions in the field of agriculture whose activity begins in 1991. At this moment the company deals with the processing of 500 ha of agricultural land in Northeast Bulgaria, production of peeled sunflower seeds, production of green energy by photovoltaic modules and transport activities.

There are cultivated traditional cereals and oil crops. For the yield and production of agricultural products is used the latest agricultural machinery and inventory. There are applied intense but at the same time preserving the soil and environment technologies. The Company develops all the time realizing different investment projects by European programs with the purpose of modernization and optimization of the available technical basis.

In 2011 the activity of the company is diversified by the implementation of peeled sunflower production line. Cleaning, calibration and peeling of sunflower is offered. There is processed as own sunflower as well as sunflower produced by local agricultural producers having the needed quality.

The production capacity of the company is up to 30 tons per twenty-four-hours.

The final product is packed in big bags or paper bags.

The product range includes peeled sunflower-whole kernels, peeled sunflower-chipped kernels, unpeeled seeds, sunflower husk, fennel. The production process is realized in workshop for cleaning and calibration and the peeled sunflower production line conforms to the highest European standards. The storage facility disposes with five modern silos having capacity of 400 t and flat warehouses having maximum capacity of 5000t. By surveillance system is realized continuous reading of temperature and moisture in the warehouse premises for the finished products.

The Company supplies the production feedstock and materials by own motor vehicles which guarantees additional control on our final products.

Since February 2018 an X-ray sorting machine IXUS™ BULK SORTING MACHINE BY TOMRA of the Belgian company TOMRA has been put into operation, which guarantees the exceptional safety and quality of our products.

The quality control of the input feedstock is made in own laboratory. During the whole production process is realized strict and reliable current control by the implemented quality systems HACCP, ISO and FSSC 22000. By every lot of realized products are taken average control sample which are sent for testing in accredited laboratory.
